Every journey starts with a conversation. In this no-obligation call, we’ll talk about what feels overwhelming right now and how coaching works. Everything you share is confidential and judgment-free.

This call is required before booking any service.

    A one-time, 2-hour deep dive into your current challenges and priorities. Together we’ll:

    • Pinpoint your most pressing priorities
    • Map out a clear, values-based action plan
    • Clarify the next steps you can take right away

    After the session: you’ll receive detailed notes and homework to guide your progress.

    Keep Building: Additional 1-hour sessions can be added anytime for ongoing support and accountability.
