This call is required before booking any service.

The Initial Session (one-time, 2 hours) — for quick clarity and a focused action plan.
Support Packages (include the Initial Session) — for ongoing accountability and deeper change.

A one-time, 2-hour deep dive into your current challenges and priorities. Together we’ll:

• Pinpoint your most pressing priorities
• Map out a clear, values-based action plan
• Clarify the next steps you can take right awayAfter the session: you’ll receive detailed notes and homework to guide your progress.
Result: Quick clarity and direction on your most pressing priorities.

Keep Building: Additional 1-hour sessions can be added anytime for ongoing support and accountability. -
Momentum Package — $360 (10% savings)
4 total hours: 1 Initial Session + two 1-hour follow-ups
Designed to maintain focus and adapt your plan as life unfolds
Sessions can be virtual or in-person (travel fee may apply)
Result: Continued support and accountability as you put your plan into action.
